Dubai's ecommerce market is on track to clear USD 13.8 billion by 2029, and Shopify already powers close to half of UAE online stores. That demand has produced a crowded Shopify agency market — and not all of it is honest.
Most "Top 10 Shopify Agencies in Dubai" lists are pay-to-play directories. We have ranked Shopify agencies that actually ship UAE work in 2026 — with real positioning, real pricing tiers, and the trade-offs each one carries.
We are one of them. We are listing ourselves last, with the caveats, so you can make an informed call.
How we picked
Before naming names, a buyer's framework. The agencies on this list each clear five filters:
- Verifiable Shopify Partner status — not a logo on a homepage, but a profile on the Shopify Partners directory.
- Live UAE store URLs you can audit — Lighthouse score, Arabic rendering, AED checkout, Tabby/Tamara integration.
- Transparent project scoping — fixed-price or sprint-based, not "we will get back to you" black boxes.
- A real engineering team — not Liquid copy-paste shops dressed up as agencies.
- A working Shopify Plus or Hydrogen capability — because most UAE brands hit the Shopify Plus question by year two.
Any agency missing one of these failed the filter. That removed about 35 of the 50 names we audited.
The 2026 Shopify shortlist for Dubai
1. Tomsher
Long-tenured Dubai agency, large team, end-to-end Shopify and ecommerce strategy. Heavy on enterprise retail clients. Strong at multi-store Shopify Plus rollouts across UAE and KSA. Pricing skews premium — typical project starts around AED 35,000 and goes well into six figures for Plus migrations.
Fit: Established UAE retailers moving from Magento or custom to Shopify Plus.
2. Royex Technologies
Dubai-based since 2013, 500+ UAE clients across ecommerce, mobile, and AI-assisted recommendation engines. Builds native iOS/Android apps alongside the Shopify storefront — a real advantage if your roadmap includes a mobile app within 12 months. Team size is modest, which can cap parallel project capacity.
Fit: Brands wanting Shopify + native app + AI personalization under one roof.
3. Codilar Technologies
Codilar is a Shopify Plus Partner with strong UAE presence. They came from the Magento Adobe Commerce world, so they handle migrations from Magento to Shopify Plus better than almost anyone else on this list. Their checkout engineering is solid.
Fit: Magento-to-Shopify Plus migrations, AED 80K+ scope.
4. Si3 Digital Agency
Full-service digital agency in Dubai with Shopify alongside SEO, social, and paid media. The Shopify build is competent, but the agency's centre of gravity is marketing services. If you need a partner who will both build the store and run paid acquisition, this is the trade-off you are paying for.
Fit: D2C brands wanting an in-one-vendor build-plus-marketing engagement.
5. Lucidly
UAE-headquartered agency producing some of the most informed Shopify writing in the region (their Salla vs Shopify breakdown is one of the few that actually understands both platforms). Tighter team, focused execution, mid-market pricing — projects typically AED 25,000 to AED 80,000.
Fit: SME and growing mid-market brands who want a thoughtful, technically-honest partner.
6. Element8
Dubai web and ecommerce agency with broad service mix. Their Shopify work is strong on design polish; their published 2026 pricing guide is one of the more honest pricing references in the market.
Fit: Brand-led merchants who care about visual identity as much as ecommerce mechanics.
7. Luscious Leopard
Growth-focused Shopify Plus shop. They lean heavily into CRO and post-launch growth — less a build-and-leave agency, more a long-term performance partner. Pricing tends to start at AED 40,000+ on the build, with ongoing growth retainers.
Fit: Funded D2C brands that already have product-market fit and want to scale conversion.
8. Lapaone
Dubai-based, blends Shopify development with technical SEO and CRO. Strong on Core Web Vitals work and Arabic SEO — both areas where most UAE Shopify stores leak revenue. Mid-market pricing.
Fit: Existing Shopify stores that are getting organic traffic but not converting it.
9. Right Media
Shopify Plus Partner, performance-marketing background, with extra offices in Sharjah. They sit between agency and growth team — useful if your bottleneck is not the store, it's the spend behind it.
Fit: Plus merchants needing build + paid acquisition fused.
10. Innovatrix Infotech (us)
We are a Shopify Partner, AWS Partner, Google Partner, Meta Partner and DPIIT-recognized startup working with UAE brands remotely from a 12-person engineering team in India. We do not have a physical Dubai office — that is the honest trade-off you are looking at when you compare us to the names above.
What we do offer is 2-3x cost arbitrage at the same engineering quality. AED is pegged to USD at 3.67, and the AED-to-INR rate sat around ₹25.5 through April 2026 — which means a build that costs AED 60,000 from a Dubai shop typically lands at AED 22,000-28,000 with us, for the same scope.
Recent Shopify work:
- FloraSoul India — +41% mobile conversion, +28% AOV after our Hydrogen rebuild.
- Baby Forest — ₹4.2L launch-month revenue, -22% cart abandonment.
- Zevarly — +55% session duration, +33% repeat purchase rate.
We work in 2-week fixed-price sprints, no hidden fees, no retainer trap. We respond inside Gulf business hours and the founder runs all scoping calls personally.
Fit: UAE brands that care about engineering quality and ROI more than a Dubai postcode on the invoice.

Pricing reality for UAE Shopify projects in 2026

The same checklist our team uses before every store goes live. Covers speed, SEO, payment testing, and mobile QA.
Cutting through the marketing brochures, here is what UAE Shopify work actually costs in 2026:
| Project type | AED range | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Theme customization on existing Shopify | 8,000 – 18,000 | Liquid edits, branding, basic Tabby/Tamara, AED checkout |
| Full custom Shopify store build | 25,000 – 60,000 | Custom Liquid theme, 5-10 apps, Arabic RTL, payment + logistics integrations |
| Shopify Plus build | 80,000 – 250,000 | Hydrogen headless, multi-store, B2B wholesale, custom checkout extensions |
| Migration (Magento/WooCommerce → Shopify) | 45,000 – 180,000 | Data migration, redirect maps, theme rebuild, app re-architecture |
Anyone quoting AED 3,000 for a "full Shopify store" is selling you a template install. That has its place — it is not what a serious D2C brand should buy.
Red flags when shortlisting a Dubai Shopify agency
- No live URLs in the proposal. Screenshots in a PDF are not proof of work. Ask for the actual store domains.
- They will not say which payment gateways they have integrated before. Tabby, Tamara, Telr, Network International, Checkout.com, PayTabs — a real Shopify agency in this market has shipped at least four of these.
- They retain code ownership. Walk away. Your Shopify theme should be yours from day one.
- They quote in dollars but invoice in AED. This is fine if disclosed; it is a red flag if the FX swing is hidden.
- No published case studies with metrics. "We worked with big brands" without numbers means there are no numbers.
What we got wrong on our last UAE Shopify build (and what changed)
Honest one. When we shipped a UAE jewellery store on Shopify in late 2025, we underestimated how aggressively the Arabic-language mobile audience used Tabby's BNPL flow on first-time purchases. We had built the Tabby integration as a standard checkout option; the right move was to surface it as a primary CTA on the product page above the buy-now button.
The fix took eight engineering hours. The lesson took longer: for UAE D2C, BNPL is not a payment method, it is a conversion lever. Every Shopify build we ship in the region now has BNPL placement A/B tested in the first 30 days post-launch.
That is the kind of detail you only learn after shipping the work. Ask any Dubai agency on your shortlist what they learned from their last UAE build that they would not have known without doing it.
