The Fixed-Price Model
Most agencies quote you a number and then spend the next six months explaining why it changed. We do not do that.
We scope your project completely before we start. Once the scope is locked — in writing, in a PRD — the price is locked.
If we underestimate the effort, that is our problem, not yours. The only exception: meaningful scope additions are quoted and approved before we touch a line of code.

Email, Google Meet, and WhatsApp for all clients. Larger projects get Slack guest access + project management visibility. UAE: 4-hour overlap window.

For international clients, Wise is fastest and cheapest. We've received payments from Dubai, Singapore, and the UK without a single issue.

If We Miss the Mark
If you're unhappy because we didn't build what was in the PRD, we fix it at no cost. Period. We revise until it's right.
If You Change Your Mind
New requests beyond the PRD are priced and approved before execution. We're reasonable — minor things get absorbed. Meaningful changes get a quote.
3-Month Quality Commitment
Any genuine issue with our work within 3 months after delivery? We fix it at no charge.
30-Day Notice
We take long-term relationships seriously. Either party needs 30 days' notice to end an engagement. This applies to us as much as to you.
No Refunds Policy
The sprint model ensures you're reviewing and approving progress every two weeks. If you're reviewing every sprint, you're always in control.
